Return and Refund Policy

•There is a grace period of 15 minutes for both the client and stylist. After 15 minutes there is a $50 late fee.
•NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT!

•If you wish to reschedule/make changes, alterations must be done 24 hours in advance.

•If client does not show up to appointment within grace period, the appointment will be canceled.

• If the stylist is late, the deposit will be REFUNDED.

•NO REFUNDS.
